For years, I battled binge eating disorder in silence, feeling completely alone in my struggle. Despite trying restrictive diets, counselling, Overeaters Anonymous, hypnosis, EFT tapping, and mindset changes, nothing seemed to work. Each failure left me feeling defeated and ashamed. The problem was I was only addressing the superficial behaviours, not the underlying cause of my binge eating disorder. It was when I began to understand how to heal the root cause that my life started to transform.


This transformational healing ignited a passion in me, leading to certification in this work. Now, I empower women to heal from binge eating disorders by addressing the root causes. As a certified life coach, I help women achieve true freedom without relying on diets or willpower.


Today, I share my journey and expertise to help women find the root cause of their destructive habits and heal them permanently. I provide the support and tools needed to ensure no one has to feel lost and alone, like there's no way out. Together, we can fill ourselves up with love instead of food, giving ourselves what we truly need in moments of challenge—attention, connection, support, safety and love.

Inner power is the foundation of true freedom. It’s the inherent strength and potential within each individual that, when recognized and harnessed, leads to an authentic, fulfilling life. Unlike external sources of power, which are temporary and can be taken away, inner power is consistent and influences every aspect of our lives.

Unlocking Your True Value

Inner power connects us back to our value and worth, independent of external validation. By tapping into our inner power, we acknowledge that our value comes from within, not from external accomplishments, material possessions, or others' opinions. This self-awareness builds a stable sense of self-worth, standing firm in our beliefs and decisions. Connecting with your inner self is a beautiful journey. Here are steps to help you unlock your inner power and achieve genuine freedom:

  • Self-Reflection: Reflect daily on your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Journaling can be a powerful tool. Here are some prompts to start:

    • Was I triggered today?

    • What did my mind tell me about the situation?

    • What emotions were present?

    • How did I behave at that moment?

    • Were any old memories coming to mind?

  • Connect to your heart: Embrace yourself with love and compassion while reflecting, acknowledging that it's okay for all these feelings and thoughts to be present.

  • Seek Support: Surround yourself with supportive and uplifting people who encourage your growth. Consider mentors, coaches, or supportive communities.
